A series counts as moving when its change is at least 1.0× its usual move over the same number of days (daily standard deviation over the past year × √days). A single-day move of 2.0× or more is a market-move event. These are statistical conventions, not fitted weights.
Data and model policy
No internal BCA content leaves the approved environment. Public data (news, official releases, macro data) may go to the public model provider; house views, theses, evidence reviews, products and decisions only to a local or bank-approved provider; customer-identifiable data to none.

Market data files
Copy a new cockpit.html into the drop folder; it is detected, read and stored. Each observation is kept with the time it was first seen, so earlier views can be rebuilt.
